Standard installation: The installed lateral seal reaches 6 - 8" into the lateral and cover a 3" brim around the lateral. Beside the normal use for sealing use for repair of holes cut through the wall of PVC lateral pipes are common. Full Wrap installations: The installed seal reaches 6 - 8" into the lateral and covers 16 - 19" of the main line with an added sectional liner, typically used when a normal installation is insufficient to cover the main line damage. Sectional liners: Applicators without side bladders and with a different configuration of the UV-light bulbs are available for installations of 16 - 19" long sectional liners typically used for joint repair in unlined pipes and repair of limited damage in relined pipes. An example like covering a hole where a stone under the liner was cut out is typical.  Support equipment: The equipment line also includes items like lateral cleaning devices where a root cutter or jet nozzle is introduced from the main into the lateral as preparation for sealing. |
